2. Client Agreement & Responsibilities

By hiring us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely access to necessary platforms and business information

  • Use our services solely for lawful and ethical purposes

  • Understand that digital marketing results depend on several external factors including platform algorithms, market trends, ad budgets, and compliance policies

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All pricing is quoted in BDT or USD and must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed

  • Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Upay, Bank Transfer, Wise, and PayPal

  • Once a project is initiated, payments are non-refundable

  • In case of cancellation before project start, partial refunds may be considered based on work already done

4. Service Delivery Timeline

  • Typical delivery time is between 3 to 10 business days depending on project scope 

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed approvals, missing assets) are not our responsibility

  • Urgent requests may incur additional charges

5. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

  • We treat all client data and business information as strictly confidential

  • No information will be shared with third parties without your consent

  • All tracking data, analytics, and reports remain between our team and the verified client

  • We comply with local privacy norms and general international data protection practices

6. Intellectual Property

  • All strategies, designs, ad copies, tracking configurations, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Md Ziaul Haque until full payment is made

  • Upon full payment, you are granted the right to use the deliverables exclusively for your business

  • You may not resell, reuse, or redistribute any assets without prior written permission

7. Performance & Liability

  • We commit to providing professional services focused on ROI and performance, but we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., sales, clicks, leads) due to external factors beyond our control

  • We are not liable for account suspensions, policy violations, or platform bans caused by the client’s actions or content

  • Our responsibility is limited to delivering the scope of work agreed upon

8. Contract Cancellation & Modifications

  • You may cancel the project with a written notice at least 3 business days in advance

  • Any outstanding dues must be cleared upon cancellation

  • We reserve the right to modify service packages, pricing, or terms with prior notice published on the website

  • In case of unethical behavior, miscommunication, or breach of agreement, we may terminate service without refund

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any legal disputes arising from our services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dhaka District Court.
